Hi, I’m Evelyne — also known as The Keto Lady. 😊 I’m a certified keto and intermittent fasting coach, and I help women over 40 navigate the hormonal changes that make weight loss feel frustrating — even when they’re doing everything “right.”
My own keto journey started in 2016 and completely transformed my energy, mindset, and overall health. But when I entered peri-menopause, things changed. What used to work stopped working. More workouts, more restriction, and more effort only led to more frustration.
That’s when I realized something important: weight is a symptom, not the problem — and more is not better for women over 40.
