My Story
Hi, my name is Evelyne, a certified keto coach helping women adopt a sustainable approach to health through keto and intermittent fasting.
I grew up and live in the greater Montréal area (Québec, Canada). I speak English and French fluently. Bonjour, je parle français et je serais ravi de vous rencontrer.
I am a certified ketogenic coach. My interest in health and wellness began with a search for answers to my own health issues. I consulted with my family doctor, a variety of specialists, and naturopaths with limited results. I continued to suffer from chronic fatigue, recurring lung infections requiring antibiotics and Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
In March 2016 I discovered the ketogenic diet and that is when I first discovered Dr.Berg. Dr. Berg teaches Healthy Keto™ and intermittent fasting. You can read more about Dr.Berg HERE. Within 2 weeks of doing keto, I enjoyed immediate results. Higher energy, loss of sugar cravings, sharper thinking, and a more positive outlook on life.
The results of the keto diet were undeniable, and I have never looked back. I am passionate about helping others enjoy better health and seeing them transform to their full potential. That led me to join the Dr. Berg’s Keto Coaching program. I am a certified keto and intermittent fasting (IF) coach via the Dr. Berg’s method.
As a certified keto coach, I focus on education, personalization, and long-term success—not quick fixes.
I believe health is a result of balanced nutrition, fitness, and stress management. In order to achieve this balance, I also regularly practice Pilates, weight lifting, and long walks.

Who I work with.
I work primarily with women over 40 who feel frustrated by diets that once worked but no longer do. Hormonal shifts, stress, and metabolic changes can make weight loss and energy management more complex. My coaching focuses on practical adjustments, education, and sustainability—so progress feels achievable, not exhausting.
