  • 7 Sessions: 1-hour weekly educational coaching sessions via Zoom
  • 5 Sessions: 30-minute follow-up coaching sessions via Zoom
  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals
  • Meal Plans (4 Weeks): General meal ideas to inspire your healthy eating journey*
  • Smart Grocery Lists: Instantly generate shopping lists with the option to order via Instacart and get delivery to your door (available in Canada and USA)
  • Health Assessment: Discussion of current lifestyle habits to identify areas for improvement (non-diagnostic)
  • Weekly Food Log Review: Feedback and general suggestions to optimize your choices
  • Accountability Check-Ins: Weekly tracking of progress, including weight and measurements (client-led tracking)
  • Educational Discussions: Weekly topics covering health, keto, and fasting principles
  • Ongoing Support: Email or text support between sessions for guidance and motivation

2-Month Follow-Up Program

Four (4) 30-minute sessions via Zoom

Stay on track with personalized support and accountability:

  • Bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

  • Do it yourself meal plan with 50 recipes to play with. Includes grocery list and option to shop via Instacart

  • Bi-weekly check-ins to track progress (weight and measurements tracked by you).

  • 8 weeks of weekday (Monday–Friday) email or text support between sessions to answer questions and help you stay on track.
